I have recently run into this weird system font. I have attached a screenshot to show what I mean by the weird error font. I don't remember me doing anything related to the font or the system system but just happened the next day. I have tried to seek for solution online but not successful, perhaps cause i can't explain it in detail.

Please can anyone help and let me know if there is any way that I can reverse it back to default original. Thank you very much.

That's just off the top of my head.

Those are just arbitrary incompatibilities.


Hardware limitations. If your computer doesn't have a Wacom pad attached, you can't run software that requires that piece of hardware. It doesn't mean you're running a different OS.

You can still run the software. You just cant do certain things. An ipad specific app can never work on an ipod touch

And do you really think OS are infinitely backward-compatible? Good luck with that... Of course I dont think that.

Actually, I felt my battery did get worse with 4.3.0. I'm not sure about 4.3.1 yet, but I jailbreaked at 4.3.1 so it's not really a fair comparison for me.

kingtjSep 30, 11:48 AMThis is definitely good news. I had friends in corporate I.T. where they did a massive migration from Notes to Exchange/Outlook (mostly due to Microsoft salespeople's slick talking and giving strategic gifts to the right people) -- and the environment suffered.

Notes has its bugs and issues, but it also has some flexibility that Exchange/Outlook doesn't offer.



Lotus Notes is a great program when it's implemented correctly. We've been using it over 10 years now and there's still nothing out there that can touch it.

Improved support on the Apple is a good thing. They are even improving the client on Linux as well. That will really give people the potential to move away from windows.

SilencioSep 27, 12:35 AMI would have no problem paying $50 for .Mac, but $99 is ridiculous.
They need at least 5 gigs of storage and domain name registration. I get 20 gigs of storage and 100gigs of bandwidth from my hosting company for 5 bucks a month. Surely Apple could do better.
Anyone remember that huge data center they bought last year? Hopefully at least part of it goes to .Mac use.

Then go buy .Mac on eBay. You'll probably pay less than $50.

Most of the cut-rate hosting companies I've dealt with are actually less reliable than .Mac has been for me over the years (uh, Dreamhost, anyone?).

Sync services make .Mac worth it for me. That, and I've been using my .Mac email address since the first days of iTools, and the IMAP mail functionality has always worked very well between my main desktop, my laptop, and viewing from the web despite the highly dated current interface which looks like it's finally getting a modern, AJAX-y makeover itself.

Presumably the other web interfaces into .Mac are getting an equally complete (and equally overdue) makeover, as Peace hinted at. If there's new services being added, all the better.

Naturally, more storage would be welcomed and ought to be expected, given the competition out there. WebDAV / Finder file transfer speeds really need to be fixed, but I just access my iDisk via an FTP program if I want to transfer any big files back and forth. It's also dead simple to use iDisk to transfer files to my less than tech-savvy friends.

And you still get a free VersionTracker Plus account for being a .Mac member, which saves you $25 right there. :)

And then there is the audacity to ask for them to not be exposed to butt crack on the beach, simply appalling their curtailing of freedom!
Do you not see how interpretation of what is reasonable is relative? In some cultures women wear long skirts because it's considered promiscuous to show too much leg, yet they also walk around topless.

To suggest that Christians are less oppressive toward women than Muslims is pretty misinformed.
