You don't have to do anything further. In case employer A revokes your I-140, then USCIS might send an NOID. This can be easily reversed by sending in your AC-21 documents via the new employer.

There is no such thing as "continuing your GC process with your old employer" in your case. It is only true if you are working for your new employer using H1-B or other type of a visa, NOT EAD.

If anyone has doubts about what I said then please correct me.

I recommend you to wait 6 more months. There are successful cases were the wait was even less than a year, but all of them are pre-NC. After NC was implemented, the average wait for successful cases is 2+ years. Saying that, you can try to file WOM now especially if you live in Northern California. Did you write letters to senators/Bush/Mr. Gonzalez?

Actually its worse, atleast in the street you can push back, or ask why they pushed you, here its like getting hit by a stone as you are walking, and you turn around and see no one. that feeling is what I hate and I get when I see red dots to innocent or even helpful posts..

diptam04-13 01:29 PMI already transferred my H1 on 1st week of March within 1 day and worked on a 3-4 week project ( real Project from a good client) but now we are not been able to nail the next Project and this new company is very accurate about H1 ( they should be also ) - they will cancel my H1 after the last Pay stub.

They are trying their best and i'm trying my best but things not working out on H1B. I definitely have way more fit Jobs on EAD and that's why I posted this in the weekend.

If some real employer can transfer my H1 It will be quota exempt because I've I-140 approval.

Thats a pretty tough spot to be in. You can try finding a H1B sponsor for yourself and transfer? How about looking for a H1B sponsor for your wife? I believe the H1B quota did not fill up this time.

Gary, I think I did something similar. I couldn't tell if you masked it or not. In PS, I first selected all the sky with the magic wand, then expanded that selection 3 pixels, then put a 3 pixel feather on it, then inverted the selection so all the greenery was selected with a soft edge. I then put an adjustment layer bumping up the saturation. Finally, I filled the above selection with black on the adjustment layer's mask so the bump only applied to the sky. From there, it's a matter of taste for how much saturation is desired.

If no agreement is signed once you receive the legal notice, take it to an attorney and respond with legal notice. Do not get scared by this thugs.

Just let them know you are ready to handle it legaly and ask them to send legal notice. If you know any of their irregularities tell them you are going to send the complaint to USCIS.

Just for $2 only idiots will go for legal notice and law suit. They would be spending in thousands for that. Its funny how these desi thugs thinks and threatens.

I am working directly for the company, this is not a desi consultant but a legit desi owned business.

The difference in wage is about $7 an hour and total of around $13k a year. It doesn't seem like they give a crap about "breaking the rules". At the same time I don't want to be a party to that and be out of status later on.

My question is suppose I quit and go back to my H4 and in this economy dont get a job --- Can I get a job in 6 months and transfer my h1 or will I have to apply for a NEW H1 through the quota again?

Guessing how stingy these guys are , I don't think they have the time and the inclination to go out and cancel my h1. At the same time I want to get this done amicably so as to hold my job for 6-8 months. From some of the posts I have seen that the DOL doesnt really respond and required tremendous amount of proof and companies can pay a small fine and go on with their lives.
